YOGA CLASSES

Yoga aims to unite the body, mind and spirit through a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation.

Yoga can provide numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, stress reduction and increased self awareness. It can also promote spiritual growth and a sense of well being.
