DAVID WINDSOR, LMT

David is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) specializing in therapeutic massage. Helping you to care for your body by identifying and assisting in the release of fascial tensions and promoting muscle balance and tone. He tailors his approach to meet specific client needs but focuses on the use of Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue modality bodywork. David's therapeutic massage will help you to rejuvenate your body and assist you with mind and body awareness.

Over the years, David has successfully worked with many clients challenged with frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sciatica, knee and hip pain to name a few. He combines the science and anatomy of massage with an intuitive approach to whole body care. He enjoys helping clients to uncover daily routine activities and repetitive motions that may be a source of certain body aches and pains and working together to explore what the client might do to be able to reduce those stressors. 

 

David studied therapeutic massage at Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in the Washington DC metro area in 2011. He is licensed in the state of Maryland and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). He discovered therapeutic massage on his own journey of body maintenance and has personally experienced the benefits of massage for over 45 years as a client. David is ready to help you!!
